Q: How do I book an appointment?
Click the “Book Now” tab, choose your service, pay your deposit, and check your email for confirmation. It’s that easy.
Q: Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required and goes toward your total balance. No deposit = no appointment.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Final payment can be made in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. No Cash App or checks, sorry!
Q: Can I bring someone with me?
No extra guests are allowed. This helps keep the vibe peaceful and professional — just you and your install.
Q: Do I need to come with my hair washed?
Yes, please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and product-free. A $25 wash fee will apply if not.
Q: What’s the late policy?
There’s a 10-minute grace period. After 10 mins = late fee. After 15 mins = appointment canceled.

Yes! Custom wigs and color services are available — DM or email me first to confirm before booking.

Absolutely! Wigs, lace glue, hair oil & more are available to shop and ship nationwide.
